A former shipyard site - the Seebeck shipyard - has been transformed into a lively, climate-neutral commercial and residential area in a central location in Bremerhaven while preserving its historical structure. The sports and cultural facilities, playgrounds, bathing facilities and sunbathing lawns are a magnet for families and leisure guests.
